Our Founder:

In the early days of Accordus, I wasn’t looking to simply start a company – I set out to build something that mattered. From the beginning, my vision was to bring together a team of talented, driven individuals who could use their skills to help our clients succeed in meaningful ways. 

But I knew that to do this well, we needed shared values to guide us. That’s why we’ve intentionally built a culture rooted in honor, ownership, efficiency, creativity, collaboration, and clear communication. These values are the heartbeat of how we work, with each other and with our clients, every single day.

We didn’t set out to come up with a list of core values. We asked ourselves who we really were and wrote those down. This is who we are.

HONOR UP, DOWN
AND ALL AROUND

Honor is just as essential as honesty. Whether we’re talking with teammates, serving clients, or supporting the people they serve, we see every interaction as a chance to call out the good. Because speaking life into others doesn’t just change the conversation – it changes people.

OWN IT

When we’re given a task, we take full ownership from the first step to the finish line. We go the extra 10% — whether that’s proofreading copy or double-checking the small details — to make sure every project lands in our clients’ hands exactly as promised.

BEST IDEA WINS

Great ideas can come from anyone on the team, whether they've been with us for five days or five years. Not every idea will be the one we run with, and that’s okay. But the reality is – only when it’s out on the table can the best idea rise to the top.

Our sweet spot? When the worker, the client, and the company are all winning. Team members should feel confident in their workload and supported in their roles. Clients should be genuinely satisfied with the work we deliver. Accordus should remain healthy and profitable. When all three are in sync, that’s a win worth celebrating.
